JClub Tracking Order Status

Still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive... Very unhappy! Have sent 2 emails to customer service with no response. so unprofessional.

I ordered a few things and received one of the items pretty quickly but never any of the other items. I contacted costumer service to let them know I had not received my things. They pretty much told me there's nothing they could do since they have so many vendors. So I cancelled the order and got a very small amount in store credit. So I didn't even get a full money back

Everything I have ordered from these folks has been backed by them! I ordered a much needed kitchen gadget that was incomplete & was to go to the company that dealt with it and they were no help and actually lied in their emails to me. Jclub went above and beyond and made it right when this other company just kept my money! They refunded me since I couldn't get what I should have from the other folks. They really back what they do and what they show. So different than what you see now a days, plus they respond back to you!!! They are truly great to work with and I use them a lot due to their customer service!

With so many of these discount item websites popping up, I was nervous about purchasing from JClub but they had a watch my kid wanted at a very deep discount, so I gave it a shot. The shipping was pretty quick. I received my watch in less than a week. It did arrive scratched and within a couple hours of emailing customer service, I had a return label and confirmation they would be sending me a new one. My first experience with JClub has been great. Even with the damaged item received, their customer service was top notch and I am telling everyone I know about this website.

I have shopped on jclub.com twice now and it just gets better and better each time, now you can pay for your purchase in installments via Affirm! The ease of the jclub site, the discounted items for purchase all make for a pleasurable shopping experience.
