Switch Tracking Order Status

I was getting marketing emails from Switch and finally signed up to try it. Hours later I received an email stating my account was flagged by a third party and as a result my membership, subscription, and order were cancelled. They did not share more information when I asked for clarification. Don’t waste your time; you’re far better off investing in any of the many more established, organized luxury rental subscription services.

I joined Switch as a gift to myself for accomplishing a huge milestone at work. What I got was a $300 hold on my card, which they do NOT make clear unless you travel to the FAQ. The lack of transparency is just wild. They claim it falls off in 24 hours, and yet here I am 4 days later waiting for my $300 and customer service could care less EDIT: The charge fell off on day 6. Still do not recommend.

I want to explain my view of switch. They are a jewelry and bag renting company. The beauty of them is that you can constantly switch between different beautiful items. I can understand if someone wants to rent the same item for awhile but I don’t think that’s what this site was designed for. You can have something new and beautiful every week. I couldn’t find any other company on the internet that offers the same level of ease as well as the variety that switch has. I would highly recommend everyone to use them.

For my moms birthday she asked for a Lui Vuitton purse. Unfortunatly I wasnt able to afford purchasing one and I felt terrible saying no to her. After trying to find an alternative I found Switch. For the price of the purse I was able to get her a year subscription. I remeber the happiness on her face when I told her about the subscription and showed her all the items that were at her disposal. Thank you so much switch for allowing me this opportunity.

I've been really pleased with Switch! I did Rocksbox for a long time and was looking for a higher end company. Someone from the company reached out to me immediately after I joined. That was nice. They ship really quickly. It takes no time for you to get your pieces. It's easy to return them when your done. I used my earned credit to buy something I've always wanted. I think how quickly you get things and the access to the brands is totally worth it. (I do 2 pieces at a time.) Once, I had a customer service question and it was answered quickly and the agent gave me great advice. I do a few subscription services and Switch is in my top 2. Their prices are not exactly huge discounts, but that doesn't bother me for what you get and they have 40-60% off sales on really good pieces so buy then for sure.
