Kipling Tracking Order Status

Ho acquistato una borsa “GABBIE S” è un portafoglio “CREATIVITY S” per mia madre. Due anni fa, in un negozio della mia città, gli comprai una borsa a tracolla sempre della stessa marca, ancora oggi è in perfette condizioni, come nuova. Buoni i materiali e la cura per i dettagli. Possiamo dire che l’unica pecca è l’imballaggio, che era pessimo, la borsa e il portafoglio chiusi nello scatolo che ho ricevuto, senza una protezione per i prodotti acquistati, per quello che costano come minimo un po’ di cura nel confezionare un imballaggio adeguato al prodotto…

I brought a bag off qvc and when it came it looked like I'd brought a off a market it just wrapped in a plastic bag and put in a box.if it wasn't so near Christmas I would have sent it back. I don't know how I'm going to present it to my daughter because she's wanted one for years and this year I saved to buy her one she will think iv brought it secondhand I'm so disgusted thank you kipling. I suggest to everyone who is thinking of buying a bag from kipling go through QVC or pay through PayPal because they will always get your money back as long as kipling are in the wrong which by the sounds of what iv read they are.

The Kipling bag is very well-made but the wheels are very poorly made. They are basically two layers of plastic like an old bicycle wheel with a tube. The outside layers fail quickly and the inside wheels hold up fairly well but the bag is going to be noisy andd harder to push. Giving them a rating of three is a generous rating.

Prodotti resistenti per il tempo libero. Buono il materiale della borsa. Unica nota i manici e precisamente la parte superiore in pelle che si è danneggiata in poco tempo, nonostante usi sempre la tracolla e la prenda poco per i manici . È un dettaglio ma andrebbe migliorato e potrebbe fare la differenza sulla qualità di un prodotto non proprio economico
