Lopesan Tracking Order Status

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Lopesan Baobap Hotel in Meloneras, Gran Canaria Wir waren mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie inkl. dreier Kleinkinder vor Ort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Hotel ist weitläufig und mit diversen Pools ausgestattet. Für die Kinder wird ein „Kids Club“ angeboten. Das Angebot haben wir allerdings nur ein Mal in Anspruch genommen, da auch sonst für ausreichend Abwechslung gesorgt ist. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in unserem Fall brauchten wir Windeln, sind in nächster Nähe. Aus unserer Sicht also nahezu ideal. Einen Mietwagen kann man bei Bedarf direkt im Hotel buchen, denn wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte, empfiehlt sich aus unserer Sicht ein Auto. Hervorheben möchte wir ganz ausdrücklich das Personal. Immer ansprechbar, ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und stets sehr freundlich, kinderlieb, bemüht und mit allen weiteren positiven Adjektiven zu versehen. Begonnen am Empfang, an dieser Stelle noch mal ein großes Dankeschön an Miriam (Managerin am Empfang) über das Servicepersonal in den Restaurants bis hin zum Housekeeping. Das sucht wirklich seines Gleichen! Die Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind top gepflegt und sauber. Das Essen am Buffet ist frisch und bietet auch für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

Amazing beautiful paradise In love with all the hotels from this family

Stayed in February for 10 nights at Lopesan Melonares, Gran Canaria. Beautiful hotel. Large but doesn't seem like it because it's so spacious. Very family friendly. Hotel has six rooms suitable for mobility problems ( i.e. Wheelchair) with walk in shower, etc. Room was spacious and easily manoeuvrable. Sliding glass doors opening onto private ground floor terrace with table, chairs and facility for hanging wet swimsuits. Furniture getting a little tired but very functional. Most rooms seem to have fairly long walks to dining rooms and public areas. We arrived as UK was suffering ' beast from the east' and my husband felt cold as the Canary Islands felt the tail end of it. A heater was immediately procured and placed in our room. Heating is never normally needed. Hotel staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Dining rooms are the same and the food is amazing. Lots of wonderful shopping and restaurants in the hotel and on the promenade. Hotel water is 2 Euro 50 a bottle but as little as 50 cents in the supermarket. Pools are spectacular and one is heated and has a facility and assistance for disabled. No fighting for sun beds, there are hundreds and little cafe / ice cream parlours tucked in amongst the palm trees. Paradise. There are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms which I found surprising for a 5 star hotel. I hope they change this.. The grounds are beautiful and kept in an immaculate condition. Evening entertainment provided . Good but not intrusive in rooms. Checking in and out superbly efficient.
