I love lovevery toys. I have several of them in my office. They are brilliant. The kids love them very much. Shipping is fast and customer service is very helpful.

We have been buying lovevery toys since our son was 5 months old. He is currently 13 months old. We are very pleased with the development of our child. The toys are composed to take care of each stage of development. The toys and books are beautifully made. Nothing is happening to them. They are worth every money. We have been really pleased with the playlist so far, except with last one. When we got The Realist Play kit the flashlight included was faulty. My wife contacted consumer service right away, and the got an invoice for a new flashlight and marked the problem solved? When we contacted consumer service again, explaing we shouldn't have to pay when it was faulty at arrival. Then consumer service promised right away to send a new one, and promised we would get a confirmation email right away. Now a month later we haven't got either.
