LOWE'S Tracking Order Status

We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator and bought the extended warranty. On the July long weekend we started having problems with it and I put in the service request on July 6th. A tech was sent out on July 14th and we were told the parts would be in the following Tuesday. My husband called and the tech didn't know when the parts would be in. No one contacted us and after a couple of weeks I called. They had no ETA on the parts and offered us a mini fridge but we had to pay up front and wait to be reimbursed. We could not afford this so we waited. No contact again so I called back again. I was told all of the parts would be in today, Aug. 14th. My husband called and he was told they won't be in until September 8th and when I checked my email it said Sept. 11th. We are offered an in store credit of the same amount to get a new fridge but they will not cover delivery which is ridiculous. We have had to throw out about $250 worth of meat and vegetables because they thawed when the freezer stopped working. Please do not buy the extended warranty. The company they go through is Comerco and it has been absolutely ridiculous. I will not be leaving a good review for them.

The handyman needed something from the hardware so I offered to run to Lowe's thinking that there is an assistant that will be available in case I would have a hard time finding it. I need to buy an electrical outlet to replace the old one and a flat spacer with a picture I can look to find it. When I was at the electrical aisle and somehow confused of finding the right one to buy there was this big, fat guy apparently a staff because he is in uniform who looked at me as he passed by. He didn't even try to ask if I need help. I didn't also bother to ask as I thought I could do it myself. I was also looking for the spacer at the same time which I don't know where to find. Until I decided to look for someone to assist me. I only saw the same guy walking towards me so with a smile I said " I think I have no choice but to ask you" But with his poker face he just replied "Go to aisle 18 and it is in the specialty bin". Was quite scared of his demeanor so I didn't say anything but "thank you" and went to the aisle. He didn't even walk with me to find the item seeing me being a 72 year old woman with no full knowledge of what I am buying. I went out with the items I bought but didn't care to buy the outlet I also need. Such arrogant behavior should not be working there!

Easy to order range hood. Delivery was on time, oCkage received in good condition. Product AKDY 30" Rrange hood was exactly as described.

I visited the Lowe's store in Fairlawn, VA. I Love this store! I came in for a heat pump filter and went to the wrong area. Jacob was very helpful. He walked me all the way there., and helped me pick it out! Awesome a Big Thank You to Jacob!

Update yesterday very bad experience at Lowe's 1 star rating but I decided to call lowe's and that turned into a positive experience. I got a very helpful person in the window section. She walked me thru everything and I placed my large order with her. One of the issues with placing online is you can't designate the date it arrives. She was able to accommodate that. So my suggestion is figure out what you need then either order it online or call and pray you get someone like I did. I'd give her a 10 star rating. I'll bump the rating up to 3
