New Balance Tracking Order Status

My favorite sports shoe brand. Recently, however, the quality has deteriorated significantly and successful models are hard to find.

For the longest time I refused to pay more then $60 for a pair of shoes. I believed anything above that amount was same quality while preforming equally just overpriced. That was 6 years ago I couldn't be more wrong. Since then I have discovered new balance the first time I put a pair of these on my feet felt like I was walking in clouds. I have had multiple pairs for differing specific needs. The shoes would be perfect if they lasted longer. only thing I would say they could improve on. Typically they last about 6 months for me I am hard on my footwear and they get alot more use the the average person would put them through. But I am willing to replace them often because these shoes helped my shin splints help clear up all knee pain.

I was impressed by their initial delivery time, the shoes arrived two days after purchase for no additional charge, but their communication could be better. Unfortunately the shoes were too large so I needed to return them, there was a prepaid return label which was very handy however after arranging for DPD to collect the parcel I heard nothing. Around 10 working days later the refund appeared in my account but there was never any communication advising the parcel was in hand.

Bought a pair of 997H New balance for 99.00 and they have the cheapest sole insert I have ever felt... foot was hurting first and second day wearing them. Why are you charging so much for cheap shoes? First pair of new balance i have bought in my life and probably the last pair...will have to buy more expensive inserts now...
