NFLShop Tracking Order Status

I ordered a performance hoodie and it was a very poor fit but it's going to cost me $20 to return it and get a refund. That is ridiculous. I'll never order anything from NFLShop.com again.

2nd time shopping with NFLShop and this experience was a little rocky. I ordered a custom jersey for my cousin's birthday on 4/6 and I was told it was supposed to ship out on or before 4/11. 4/11 rolled around and there was no update so I used the chat feature to determine what was going on. The rep I spoke to claimed "warehouse issues" and advised the item wouldn't ship until the end of the week. Because this item was a birthday gift, I had to have it on or before the weekend since I opted for the cheapest shipping option. Frustrated, I explained to rep my dilemma and she upgrade my shipment to overnight at no cost to me. Which I was grateful for. The item ended up getting delivered to me on 4/14 because it was shipped early than claimed. The item turned out great and the quality was solid. I gave it to my cousin and he really loved it! Happy everything worked out in the end. But when it comes to future purchases, I will need to think carefully on whether or not I want to use NFLShop again...

Received the wrong item but a replacement was taken care of immediately. Cristin In customer service was awesome!
