Olive Garden Tracking Order Status

Where to start,first the tea was bitter,the bread sticks were hard , the soup and Alfredo sauce was watered down. And the menu was less and the prices higher! It use to be my favorite place to eat . So very disappointed!

Let me begin by saying that I put myself through nursing school by working at a local Olive Garden for many years. I loved the people that worked there and the environment that having the right staff created. That being said, it's been quite a few years since I've worked there. First, you can always tell when cooks or back of house staff have worked there too long because they don't follow the recipe as it's written because they think they know it. That's mostly when you end up with Alfredo Sauce that's way too thin, chicken that's way too overcooked, and pasta that's so overboiled that it practicality just melts in the sauce. I mean, I do prefer my pasta al dente, not like pureed baby food. Also, I understand that we're going through a period of massive inflation, but the prices of pretty much every single dish have gone up WAY too much for pasta, soup, breadsticks, lettuce, protein, and sauces. Sadly, even the staff seemed miserable to be working there. I couldn't tell if it was because that customers these days are in such shell shock over the price of the food that the survers have just become so used to being undertipped or if I just went on a bad night. I have to say that, it's been quite a while since I've gone back there since I sort of lost my taste omfor it overcthe years that I worked there, but I went because I was actuality finally in the mood for Olive Garden. Sadly, even the bread was overcooked.

Sorry, this not about eating but about one of their for at the market, I purchased a bag of you signature garlic & Parmesan croutons. All I can say is : Where is garlic & parm flavor??? The croutons tasted like toasted croutons. The ones I make at home are than your croutons!!! I will not buy then again! So disappointing !!!

Visited Olive Garden today 7/10. 4 people . The first thing from Our waitress we were told no Pasta Fazal soup ,Olive Garden was going to do it seasonal and a tomato soup in its place😂 WHAT ,that is one thing the restaurant is known for! Next our breadsticks were not soft, no taste . The waitress replaced them and were edible . I ordered the minestrone soup which is always good . It was terrible, watered down and not fresh! This was Port Richey Olive Garden ! We won’t be back till that soup returns .. cost cutting is happening

the food is great. i love the bread sticks.the restaurant is amazing. Especially the chicken alfredo.
