Omega Tracking Order Status

The Omega juicer USED to be a great juicer 10 years ago. Then the companies quality went 100 percent downhill and both juicers I've purchased from OMEGA in the last 2 years broke right away and there is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICD

The juicer was working fine for a while, but then stopped working so well. Omega sent me a little replacement part (at my own shipping expense) that did not fix the issue. After that, they stopped responding to my emails requesting further action.

Omega juicers company is an amazing organization and they stand behind their product like a mountain & support within the waranty period of 10 years. They resolved my issues very professionally & smoothly without any hesitation even after 7 years of my original purchase of a juicer which I purchased from bed bath & beyond. I am very impressed and would highly recommend their products & custommer services they offer. Omega, you are truly a 5* organization and & I am delighted to deal with you. You have the best product & service I have ever experienced over the past 10 years. Thank you!

There seems to be no customer support or replacement parts available for the Omega juicer. I did send the required pictures and info but never heard back again after several weeks of sent emails.

Omega Juicers kindly provided return shipping for the juicer, and I did finally receive my refund. I imagine they are working very short staffed during the pandemic.
