Pictureframes Tracking Order Status

Lots of great options! Love mirror image edging option on canvases. Website fairly easy to use. Not sure if it was just me, but website would freeze up quite often and I would have to redo my upload and reselect my options several times. My internet connection was just fine, so I’m not sure what the issue was. Overall good shopping experience. I have ordered several times before and was very happy with all items!

Beautiful frame, Happy I was able to customize the odd size I needed, the instructions to mount the canvas are a little confusing to me as were the dimensions on the website when I ordered, but that's just me I'm sure someone with better understanding of how things work can figure it out and help me get it hung up.

This was my first time visiting the website and making a purchase. I have been unhappy with another company and found pictureframes.com while searching for a more dependable frame source. I found the website easy to navigate and information easy to find about the frames. It gave me confidence to purchase a frame which I am waiting to receive. I like that I didn't have to buy in bulk like other companies, and that it is custom made. My one frustration was that I was on the chat for a long time and eventually ended it without getting resolution.
