I love it! Easy check-in. The staff is very helpful. If not knowing the machines is holding you back from joining a gym (which was part of my problem) worry no more, all you have to do is ask and they take you around and explain them to you. The Wakefield, RI Gym I attend often is great! The staff is very welcoming, positive and helpful. It’s the perfect atmosphere to get motivated. The equipment is easy understand if you're willing to try new things, and clean. In-fact the whole gym is pretty clean and neat on a daily. I appreciate the staff and memebers for maintaining the place. Overall- I would recommend this gym. The price is reasonable as well.

The layout is great. It makes it faster to get my workout in. The only negative I see is there's not enough free weights. I think an area just for free weights that's larger with more weights would be beneficial.

I enjoy the atmosphere. So far everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Yesterday, Deb in Biddeford went out of her way to greet me and ask how things were going for me since I joined. For the machines, there are a lot of different ones. Something for everyone!!! the black card deal where I can sit in massage chair before and/or after a workout. Tanning booth or bed is a big thumbs up. There facilities are clean and kept up on really well in all the Southern Maine clubs I have been to so far.. Biddeford, S. Portland are amazing And Sanford is pretty ok too.
