QVC Tracking Order Status

On May28, 2023 I purchased a pair of Clark sandal that were on Facebook QVC name was attached to them being your product from Clark’s. The cost was 39.98 including shipping. They were Clark’s women’s cute fashion bohemian non slip ortho color green size 9m. As of this date I haven’t received them. Tried to contact company many times no response. I don’t have the money to throw around. I have done business with you for many years and this is the first time I am very unhappy with an item you indorse. Please see what you can do about this matter and inform Clark after all it is a business with an unhappy customer right now Pam Foehser

I'm a loyal customer at QVC, I placed an order for a sale item a sandal by MizMooz. QVC sent a dirty, used sandal. Package poorly.. scuffed up heal and side of shoe, and bottom wearn. I held QVC to a high expectations compared to others. I'm sure companys would be disappointed in dealings of this nature. Shoes from Miz isn't cheap, but I expected Corp. Office to return my phone call concerning this and no luck with that. I requested my email and account to be closed at this point. Never again

well had three order in a row not arriving feed up calling qvc about the orders enough is enough don’t trust to order from qvc parcel never arrive no more orders from me any more

I've been fighting for a refund since February 2023 for a Cook's Essential product that is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. I've heard everything from it's been issued to a different credit card, to they mailed you a check, to they issued a store credit that has since been used! I've been calling the finance department and customer service at least 2x a month trying to get this resolved while giving them a chance to ACTUALLY resolve it, but the only people I can get on the phone can't actually do anything. 2 stars because everyone I've talked to has been perfectly pleasant, but unhelpful in getting a resolution.

Customer Reviews often not available - why not?? Noticed recently that when reviews are low i.e. 3 out 5 or lower, they are not available on website. Why is this??
