Red Lobster Tracking Order Status

We ordered fish and chips. The fish was dry and over cooked. Other wise everything was great. My husband wouldn't let me tell the server.

Food is very good and fresh. Lobster and crab legs are somewhat pricy but worth a very nice experience. Good Job !!!!

Tonight my wife and I decided to dine at The red Lobster. We just moved here on July 16th 2022 from Portland, Oregon. We have been to Red Lobster locations in Oregon, Orange County, CA, and San Diego. We have never had a server as genuine as Alexus who we met today at this location! Yes Alexus was polite and friendly, professional and attentive but what made this an experience above ALL other evenings we spent at other Red Lobster locations across the country was Alexus came across as such a genuine person!! That's not something you can create, fake, learn. It's truly a gift and Alexus shared that with us tonight. The greatest assets of any business is its people. Alexus is a perfect example of that. Red Lobster is very lucky to have such a valuable team member! Thank you all for a great meal tonight and thank you Alexus for being you. We wish you all the best. And continue striving to be the best.

The food was just good, service was okay but I expected to be blown away after soo much hype from a friend which was not the case thereby 3star.

Yesterday, I was served by Ms. Nikki. She was friendly and made my visit to Red Lobster so great! She talked to me and helped me make the best choices. I felt that I was in good hands with Nikki! The service and food was the best! Thank you.
