Reebok Tracking Order Status

Als Gast wollte ich eine Rücksendung durchführen, aber es gab einen Bug im System. Trotz dieses kleinen Rückschlags habe ich nicht aufgegeben und habe stattdessen Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen. Und was für eine angenehme Überraschung das war! Der Kundenservice von Reebok hat meine Situation schnell verstanden und proaktiv gehandelt. Sie haben nicht nur das technische Problem zur Kenntnis genommen, sondern auch dafür gesorgt, dass ich ein Rücksendeetikett für meine Ware erhalte. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, die ich während dieses Prozesses erfahren habe, war außergewöhnlich.

Order two pair of shoes in UK size. Shoes sent were USA sizing so too small. Then tried to initiate return and either get a website error or taken back to the same page with everything reset. Have tried many times, removed ad blocker etc. No problem I thought, I'll phone them but no phone number on their site. Googled and found a UK number but that has been disconnected. Couldn't find a customer service email either so it seems they are not contactable. They have a new international website and quite frankly it is riddled with errors and basic design flaws Orders with the old UK website went smoothly. Edit... I found their on-line chat pop-up (which wasn't showing on the return page but elsewhere) and initially was taken back to the pages which were not working. Eventually I got an option which sent an email and credit where its due, somebody (in Netherlands ?) created a return for me in less than an hour and sent the return label by email. I've increased the rating to two stars because they did respond quickly . They really do need to get their website issues sorted quickly though.

Hi This is to inform you, I would like to appreciate and thank you for the Reebok Shoes I have found for which five star rating for the product and services. I found it suitable for running and routine exercise. I found it comfortable, easy to wear, good looking, expensive but affordable, soft, stiff, strong shoes. Thank you for bringing Reebok to India. The uk site has disappeared with no warning and products on the eu site have hardly any stock. What’s going on Reebok?
