RockbottomGolf Tracking Order Status

I ordered a set of Snake Eyes irons that said free stand bag with purchase. Clubs showed up bag did not. Upon closer review apparently I was supposed to add the bag to my shopping cart. You would think they would do this automatically seen as that was the deal. When I reached out to customer support they offered send me the bag as long as I paid an extra $69.99 US in shipping fees.. so much for a free bag.

Bought golf shoes which ran small, they don't do even exchanges. So I had to buy them again at a higher price. They wouldn't honor the original price I paid, so between the shipping charges and the higher cost of the shoes it was no deal. Beware of buying items from Rock Bottom Golf that are size dependent.

Great prices but beware for the magazine check boxes. They give away credit card number

Brilliant service, I placed my order, the club was delivered in approximately 8 days from the US. The exchange rate needs to be factored into your purchase.
