Sally Beauty Tracking Order Status

Mazzi @ Marysville, WA store was absolutely phenomenal! She looked up my previous purchases to see if I had purchased an item previously, she carefully explained how each product's chemical reaction may benefit my hair with instructions. Mazzi was very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (more so than may chemist!). I am gobsmacked impressed! I love this store!

Fastest delivery I've ever received from online retail. Product packaged extremely well. Great price. Can't ask for better.

Occasionally, I have gone to Sally Beauty stores and have no complains. This review is for their customer service in regard to online and account issues. I emailed them 1/26/24 because I didn't have time to call. I had an issue with an online account. They messaged me 3 or 4 days later and obviously wanted info to verify me to proceed. On 2/5 I had to call the customer service line because no response and I HATE talking on the phone. After getting transferred and hung up on, I finally find someone that could resolve the issue. All of this stress wasn't even necessary. Today is 2/10/24 and still none of those jerks felt the need to respond after 2 more emails sent. That's enough for me to cancel my online account and never deal with them again. People these days really underestimate good customer service. If someone has a problem and no one cares enough to resolve it then WHY would they support your business?

Pat went out of her way to help and follow up on an order I placed. She called me the second she realised one item wasn’t in stock, offered to travel to another store, collect it and let me know when to pop in. She called back immediately after realising there was a stock take which might delay her collecting it. She then called again once she did have it with her. I cannot thank her enough for her personal touch and customer service which went far above and beyond. When I met her at the store, she was as sunny and charming as I had expected. Great products, amazing service - couldn’t have been a better experience!

I just want to put this here because all the negative reviews are not my experience. I bought some wellakoleston x2 they were despatched the same day arrived the next. Because ide never shopped with sally before I was worried i had done something irrational and not checked trust pilot first! Then I rushed to trust pilot and saw all the results I thought well that’s that then!, I’ve been ripped off!! it’s all a scam. Well I’m here to tell you it’s not. The website is completely legit and I will be using it again for the future for hair supplies. Couldn’t fault them. So don’t worry about the negative reviews here, it isn’t a scam it’s a legit business here in the uk and they send your items ( if I’m stock) next day by DPD. All tracked. I think make sure you select a store close to your area and then put in you want delivery not collection! As I saw a review with someone saying their order was with customs?! Make sure you are on a uk site that has a local store for pick up near your area and then rather than pick up in store select delivery. I can’t see you going wrong that way.
