Sam's Club Tracking Order Status

I had a very bad day in customer service for the first time the lady taking care the customer service had an ugly attitude with me and refused to called a manager and left me with her colleague by walking away, for me if I tried to understand that if me like a customer disrespected her maybe she has the reason to walked away,but if wasn't the case.The lady was very unprofessional and sarcastic.I could believe it,the managers of the store in Kissimmee tried to take care the problem and gave me some support but please do not let people like that taking care any customers at all.Thanks.

Today I went to Sam's club in canyon country. While getting out of the car walking to the entrance with a lady friend of mine with a cane. An employee by the name of ed saw us and offered to go get us one of the electric carts before we went into the store. What a nice guy.

Honestly my problem was i had a couple of items i had in my cart certain sizes, and colors and come to realize the ones in my cart is not what i had ordered. And found out if you do not correct it with in 30 minutes before processing you have to wait thru fedex to get tracking # and send to customer service. Now its about a week wait, nothing from fedex notification called them back and was told to wait another week...i should have stayed with Amazon....not happy at all.

Sam's Club Auto Service Manager Andy Perez at the 35th St. Quebec Square store in Denver is simply the very best! I had an issue with the warranty on my tires. Andy took care of it in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. He went the "extra mile" in helping to resolve my tire warranty issue. His friendly and professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction made this a very positive and wonderful experience! Andy is simply the very best retail manager I've met! I highly recommend him to future customers and for recognition and commendation within Sam's Club!

I went to Sam's Club in Denton, Texas off University on Saturday Sept 16th @ 7:10AM to pickup a curbside order. This lady name (HORTENSIA or HONORATAS) forgive me the name might be misspelled. At any rate her attitude was TERRIBLE. She was shoving the items in my trunk. I'm looking like what is your problem then she said that I needed to get some items and help put them in my car. If she would have asked me politely I would have gladly assisted but she demanded. So I'm already surprised because it's 7:10AM in the morning a beautiful day and this is her attitude. The pure rudeness, negative vibe, negative energy, I was shocked. So I ask her are you not having a good day? she just looked at me and walked off. So I said it again to make sure she heard me, she turned to me looked at me and walked off. I walked to the door where they bring the items out and asked for a supervisor or someone over the curbside delivery orders. Needless to say there was not one available at that time. I did call and leave a message for someone in that department to call me. I personally believe that customer service is key and if you are working for a company - you are representing that company and the lady I had to deal with needs to go through some type of customer service training . Or better yet if she does not like her job go find something else to do.
