Sand Cloud Tracking Order Status

I’ve ordered a number of towels and my first one arrived damaged. The threading was pulling. I pm’d them and it was replaced but this was within the first week of receiving it. Then I placed another order for pool towels. One of these are also pulling. I’m not thrilled about spending a few hundred dollars on towels and blankets just to find them deteriorating after just a couple of months. The 100% MBG is a joke because 30 days. That’s not nearly enough time to see if it’s worth it or not. I was planning on changing out all of our bath towels but that’s now not likely going to happen Unfortunately, SandCloud is not my first choice when heading to the pool. The blanket does its job at the beach. The towels? Not so much

The beach towels are not good at all for drying off. It makes for a small pack-up and something to sit on, but fairly useless to dry off with.

After one washing I noticed a defect. I contact customer service and since I did notice it to start with, that is on me. No more Sand Cloud until that towel is fixed.

I ordered 3 items; the hair wrap towels as gifts. The buttons on 2 of the 3 gifts fell off after only a few uses. I would recommend a more secure way to attach the buttons.

We received someone else’s order. I emailed with Sand Cloud and they wouldn’t send what I had originally ordered until they received back what they sent me in error. That’s such bad customer service. When I told them we didn’t receive what we ordered, I then had to provide pictures to them of what I received. They should have immediately sent what I did order. I will not recommend them or order again from them!
