Buonasera. Ho annullato il mio ordine , cliccando su CANCELLA e ora mi dice CHIUSO. Come posso fare per riordinare o tanto meno ricevere un rimborso ??

An item was far too small for the size I ordered. I requested a refund and got a partial refund. If I wanted a full refund I had to cut the item up and send a photo of it. That was fine but I did have difficulty in cutting the item up as I have bad arthritis in my hands and no one else to do it. They do not issue a full refund but credit my SaraMart account
