Weee Tracking Order Status

I have used sayweee.com for many years and the delivery service was a great help during covid years. However the delivery service has changed ever since a survey regarding paying for delivery window slots. In the past, my order would be given a delivery window and I can check the status. i am expecting a delivery today and the window showed 5:21 - 8:21 pm which is unusally late for grocery delivery. In the past an order is usually delivered in early afternoon. It is past 6pm and tracking info has not even been updated. I am very disappointed that delivery service has deteriorated. I suspect this is done to promote paying for delivery window.

They are a great store. I've gotten stuff from this store pretty recently and was great. I've gotten the asian food and snack products that I've wanted in the mail and arrived pretty soon as it said it will be and was in great condition. I've known people have been putting bad reviews on this store because of their mistakes, but people don't realize they been trying to become better. This company is legit and is always there for improvement. People are taking the company the wrong way. They have been great after the data breach incident. They're not a bad company at all, they just sometimes make mistakes.

I live in central Texas and my first order was a bit over $200 dollars My package arrived in only three days, which was three days sooner than estimated, which was fantastic (shipped fedex). Both boxes arrived in great shape with zero product damage; everything was fresh and in great shape. They have a great variety which is not available to me locally, and I love the huge amount of choices in brands and types of product types. We love ramen and adore ramyeon/ ramyun in our house and there is an amazing selection of not only those, but many amazing things to add into your bowl! I’ve already made my second order within days of our first arriving because there are so many fun things to try that are not available locally. For products I can get locally, the online price is much lower

They have a good variety of products hard to find at local grocery stores, but customer service and packaging are not satisfactory. My order arrived in a battered box a whole week after the website said it was delivered. Snacks didn't have any protection and were half crumbs when I opened them. For some reason I wasn't even able to submit feedback on the website (possibly because of the fake delivery date). Won't shop there again if I have any other option.

I love this company however I wish they had where you could purchase fresh meat and produce where I live like in TX. I referred my sister and a few other people. I like their products and they have prompt shipping and always new and exciting items. I love getting my coffee and other snacks from this company. I highly recommend giving them a try I hope I will be able to buy fresh produce and meat as well as Kimchi soon in my area.
