Snapfish Tracking Order Status

I am a longtime customer of Snapfish who is now done with that company. There is no way to contact a customer service representative by phone when an order has gone awry. Shutterfly will now be my go to company for photo related books and other products. Snapfish simply does not seem to care about the quality of their customer service, which is totally unacceptable.

This was our first photo book and it wasn't easy. The quality of our pictures was questionable. I found the Snapfish software difficult to use. Customer Service was helpful depending on who you spoke to. We submitted the order three separate times before we got it right. The discount prices made it doable. I wish the company provided some basic guidelines or suggestions for novices like us!!

Inflated prices and then gives you a 70% off coupon. The Shipping Charges are outrageous. $16 to send 3 oz - not Priority - is WAY TOO HIGH. They’re making their money by getting $10 per order from the Shipping Charge. I paid $3 for a Foam 8 x 8” Tile.(RETAIL $20!) I bought 2. Together if they weighed 6 oz would be generous. The shipping charge was $16. I paid almost TRIPLE in shipping than what the item cost. At the last second at check out, they offered me a Large Magnet for $2.99. I said yes. The shipping charges went to 26.99. Paying another $10 to ship a $3 magnet that was going in the same box. That Math was a no go for me so I deleted the magnet. $9 in items that weighed nothing for $26.99 in shipping. (And in the 2 sep orders, one frame was broken And one frame had a massive scratch on the front. ) Customer Service WAS VERY GOOD. They are sending out replacements that will take another week. This was a gift for yesterday so that’s out.

Received 8x8 framed wall tile - the frame is cheap plastic, all scratched, and bent the photo. Customer service remade the order, arrived in exactly the same condition. I was asked to submit photos of the first and second order, which is ridiculous. I did that for the first order and that it why it was redone. After working with two customer service reps the second was most helpful. He reviewed my chat and quickly resolved the issue, issuing a full refund. My faith in the "customer satisfaction" guarantee has been restored. I would recommend Snapfish, but, if you have an issue with your order, don't give up, retry if you have to with another customer service rep until you get satisfaction.
