Absolute wonderful service. Felt a bit anxious ordering when the reviews on trustpilot were so poor but took a chance as the bag I wanted was on sale. Confirmation of order was received as soon as I purchased, with shipping notification hours later. Ordered Tuesday morning. Bag was delivered Wednesday afternoon! All received perfectly packaged. Fantastic customer service.

Having more experience with the brand they've dropped in my estimations and I don't see myself buying from them again. There's so many better quality vegan brands with products that stand the test of time at a fraction of the price. I dont like how they've upped the price of the falabella crossbody bags again by €100 when the quality, material and design haven't changed. They were €395 when they first came out around covid and are now €595. Stella herself always defends her pricing stating that her bags can be passed down through generations... I can tell you after two wears the gold coin detail gets scratched and dented and the falabella fabric creases really easily when you travel so what she's saying is simply untrue. And you can see that in other reviews here too. I think its really to do with marketing and trying to set herself up closer to the likes of other luxury brands such as chanel who also continues to increase their prices without any change to the actually flap bag. For the pricing customers expect quality and longevity but you simply won't get it with this brand. The quality of the shoes are worse than the bags. I actually regret investing so much in this brand. As I now know I've wasted a lot of money. Customer service is terrible and their email system is incredibly outdated. I tried to send two of my falabellas back to get the coins replaced after they got scratched so easily and got no where. Just kept being told that I have to go in store even though I told them I don't live near a Stella store. I gave them some stars as I have to acknowledge that they have vegan friendly items and are always leather-free. However they are by no means a vegan brand and are by no means cruelty-free as they regularly have wool and cashmere items. Definitely not as ethical and animal friendly as they make themselves out to be in their marketing.
