Straight Talk Tracking Order Status

I really have had very few issues with Straight Talk and have used it for years. When I did have an issue with calls not working yet data and messages were fine, a call to customer service fixed it up right away. I continue to use it and have no plans to change.

I wanted to port my landline number from straight talk to another carrier. after almost two weeks of back and forth with customer service asking for the most recent call made and original pin number nothing. then I called their porting number and by passed customer service all together. got results!! the porting department will give you an account number they will send a email to you with a new pin number through email and provide your zip code. this information is needed to give to your new carrier. the number to call for porting 866-202-8222 ext. 837439. special thanks to Franklin , Reggie and Frankie. I'm now ported over to my new carrier.

I have not used my straight talk phone in a few yrs an they locked it tried to use my Samsung with a different Sim card an activate it to find out they locked my stuff bs I never gave permission for that I bought the phone it is mine not there's an I bought the plans with straight talk when I last used my phone it's been a few yrs since I have bought straight talk an put on phone had another now was putting another Sim card in my phone an activate it on to have block ah who said they could no one but me paid for phone an no one but myself paid for plans when I used it a few yrs ago who are they to do that it's not there phone an they bought no plans back when I did so what gives them any right to do so without my permission and what makes it worse I need the phone working I am traveling 16 hrs I need it oh but 3 days for it to be unlocked unless I want to pay are you fkin kidding me really it's not there phone they did not buy it or buy plans they had no right to do that without my permission not at all then oh but they can force the phone to unlock for payment what a joke rip off when it's not there's in first place to do that it really upsets me an I will never get anything from straight talk again they had no right to do anything to my phone I bought none bs they better not ever do or change one thing on my phone I purchased ever again I gave no permission an will never an will not ever use there services again don't ever make any decisions for me an my property ever again

Straight talk don’t tell you when they gone turn your phone data barely work I wish I never switched over

This company is absolutely pathetic. I've been a customer for over two years and I'm trying to change carriers. They ported my new number to the new carrier, but haven't unlocked my phone as PROMISED. They said it could take up to 72 hours which has been exceeded, so I called them back. They said something went wrong with the request and will have to resubmit it. (Just how hard can it be to unlock a phone in this digital age?) They have all the required information, but just like to play games is my guess. UPDATE: After phoning again, I connected to the right person who put me directly in contact with the phone unlocking department and VOILA, it was instantaneously unlocked.
