Sucuri Tracking Order Status

I took out a Firewall product with them recently and whilst I find the actual software to be satisfactory, the problem this company has is support, or lack of it. They require subscribers to use a ticket system which seems to take for ever to get a response. Whilst my web hosting supplier has 24/7 Chat support and Ticket which is answered within minutes, Sucuri is dreadful,in comparison, and it is an expensive service, you would look for better.

No clue how Sucuri has low reviews! I have had an awesome experience with them since day one and would highly recommend using them to anyone and everyone in need of the best website security solution.

Suspended my account and left their software on my site. The software was blocking me from features in other sites, and the only way to communicate with them at this point was through email. Obsolete system!

Super support und auch wirklich schnell. Manchmal kommt es wegen Zeitverschiebung vielleicht zu ein paar Stunden Wartezeit. Aber es wird einem immer detailliert geholfen. Bin auch mit dem Dashboard super zufrieden. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, wie gut Menschen mit sucuri zurecht kommen, die kein englisch sprechen.

Our website got affected by a malware attack, I raised a ticket now more than 24 hours gone you haven't solved the issue. Your response time is also very slow, You replied to me after 9 hours.
