Sundays for Dogs Tracking Order Status

My complaint is not with the food itself. My dogs enjoy it and I like knowing that it's human grade with whole food, minimally processed ingredients. My frustration is that their website leaves much to be desired, and making changes to subscriptions is awkward and wonky at best. I just logged onto the site to make a subscription adjustment since I started adding a topper to their meals and the current subscription was lasting longer than anticipated. At first I tried to just click the "skip" button, thinking I would then alter the next shipment date when I had more time to calculate the actual consumption time. The "skip" button wasn't working. After three tries and getting "oops, we're sorry" error messages, I ended up having to manually adjust the plan. While it accepted the change, on one page it says that the order will be shipped on December 25th and on another page it says the order will be shipped on December 31st. That one week could be the difference between getting the food on time or having to buy some other food in the interim. Their website has absolutely no way to contact them for support. All you get are static pages with FAQs regarding any questions you may have. I've cancelled a subscription with them once before when their tracking info said the food could take weeks to arrive. When I saw that, I said, forget it, this is too unreliable, and cancelled my subscription. My order arrived the next day (so much for accurate tracking). My dogs like the food and I like the convenience of feeding it, so I decided to give them another shot; however, the confusion and frustration caused by their website may very well end up with a permanent cancellation. Fresh food is more expensive and less convenient, but at least I won't be pulling my hair out.

In July I started a subscription for one box of the beef every month for my 30 lb 16 1/2 year old dog. Like always, I got the food within days after I ordered. I was a customer ordering as needed until I realized the huge difference in price. So, after my July order I was only expecting my next order of 1 box in August. To my surprise, I got a large shipping box with 3 boxes of food inside. I called to ask them why I got 3 boxes, and I was told I had 2 open subscriptions and that I now had 3 boxes a month plus my 1 box a month for my dog living day to day. I had no reason to order so much food for my dog that was 16, nearly blind, deaf and in diapers. I asked if I could send the food back, since I didn't order it in the first place, but they don't allow you to do that. I was told that I could get half my money back if I donated it within a month and provide proof of the donation to them. So, I'd still be out half the money while they get free advertisement. The 3 boxes are still in my spare room and my dog was only able to eat maybe a 4th of the legitimately purchased one box. He sadly had a massive stroke on September 6th and we had to say our final goodbyes to him in our home and with all our love. I've definitely learned my lesson with what appears to be a subscription game.

My dog loved the food tbh. Also I love how we get free samples. Worth it if you can afford it

Beware. Auto bill company. Very hard to cancel. They don’t take returns. They act friendly, woke, but they’re auto bill specialists.

I had an existing subscription for a 72oz box, and in the most recent month after I skipped some shipments, the company arbitrarily changed the quantity to three boxes (216oz). They refused to accept a return/refund of the two extra boxes. If you read other reviews here, you'll see that Sundays engages in these unethical subscription practices.
