SwitchBot Tracking Order Status

Wanted to return a few solar panels that i decided not to use. Was not expecting a positive answer based on some reviews here. However i could return the unopened solar panels and there was no need to return the one that had been opened. They refund the cost of all three panels. The curtainbots work great for me ! I love this product.

I was looking for something to automate my water heater, I found it and everything is working perfectly! I've bought a few NFC tags that look clean, have a fantastic design, and work perfectly! Good job, SwitchBot!!

Bought a switchbot bot from them about a year ago now to automate my garage door and it’s been working ever since. Great company and can see them going far in the smart home industry. Keep bringing new products out every few months.

On arrival the Switchbot Curtain was missing one set of wheels (seems like they shipped me someone else’s return) and the Battery was depleted (bad for lifetime). Support was being tedious and instead of sending me required wheel size set as soon as I indicated they seemed to be missing. They stalled, asked me to take photos of my curtain rails and take days to come up with the solution to ship the missing wheels. Then they wait several days before they ship it by slow mail. Update: updated form 2 to 3 starts because the product works great after waiting for weeks for the wheels.

Double feelings customer support. Giving guarantee on a second hand product, but refusing to pay back my money after returning products. Based on the last experience, I would actually only give 1 star. Switchbot, please refund me my money! Update: after 2 months and lots of emails I finally got 80% refunded (not the shipping costs).
