Target Optical Tracking Order Status

about a month ago, I went to the Avon Ohio location for my eyewear, made selection - paid for picked up all was fine, However, I went to the optical center yesterday because I needed an adjustment. I asked for an adjustment and very curtly was told.."oh, you didn't get those glasses here and we can't do an adjustment if you didn't get them here",,,my response was - yes, I did purchase them here,,, She again said to me "no, you didn't get those glasses here" - and again I said yes I did. she them said "give them to me". which I did and she said "well, we would have to heat them up and they might break and we are not responsible". I was in shock and took my glasses back from her and left the store. Although there were no other customers in the Optical Center, I clearly was interrupting her day. I have and will continue to pass the word on the poor Customer Service received.

Exactly what I wanted. Ordered prescription sunglasses. So glad I did as these are great for driving during the day. Combined with my insurance benefits, great value and delivered in a reasonable time.

I went to target optical in Mission Kansas today the lady that helped me was awesome. Didn’t rush me laughing at my stupid joke.
