I'll be honest I was hesitant ordering after seeing the reviews, but the costume I ordered came in exactly on time and exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to wear it for my show! Thanks Tipsy Elves!

Ordered a suit, no issues with receiving it but I need to return and still getting the complete run around. At this rate, I'm going to miss the 30 day window and will be stuck with a suit that doesn't fit If you don't live in the states don't order from them.

i got the womens night run snow suit, i ordered on 1/5/23 and it was delivered 1/12/23, the snow suit is so cute and exactly how it was described, i would definitely buy from here again

I bought one of the snow suits. I was a little nervous paying over $200, but it’s pretty good quality! I got a size medium (I’m 5.8 and 145lbs) and fit true to the size chart. I read previous comments about bad shipping, but I received my purchase in 5 days! It seems all the bad reviews are procrastinators during holiday season 😬. I’m very happy with what I got.

Had an issue with an order but it was handled above and beyond what I expected! I’m leaving at four stars right now because that was my only experience ordering from them but will update next time I order. Thank you tipsy elves for going the extra mile handling the unfortunate mishap hassle free.
