El pedido llegó bastante rápido. La entrega fue a mediodía y no estaba, me la dejaron en un punto de recogida próximo. Todo perfecto! Y el producto un 10 como siempre. Repito modelo Dune, me encanta.

Products are just okay, not really value for money, but okay. What is terrible is the customer service, delivery took more than 3 weeks. They say it is DHL, but it is a local post company, no contact no delivery, I had to do it all myself as I was receiving bot answers from “customer service” when asked for help. After waiting for three weeks now I see everything I bought is 30% off for Black Friday. I made a purchase in October knowing there will be other discounts for BF, but I did not expect 24 calendar days for delivery. This is my third order, but probably the last one. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me third time, never coming back

The NS40 layer/jacket is everything I expected and hoped for: lightweight, yet good protection from the wind and also water resistant. I can see myself easily packing it up on every trip. I also appreciated the timely delivery and attention to packaging and carbon offsetting.

Excellent service, good product, for me it’ the 4th pair of tropic feel shoes.
