UNIQLO Tracking Order Status

Sono cliente da anni non come immolati che scrivono le recensioni dopo un acquisto. I prodotti Uniqlo sono buoni, meglio di altri marchi come Zara e H&M, ma pur sempre fast fashion. Ho alcuni indumenti che continuo a usare dopo oltre 10 anni, la Line heatech funziona, e così via, materiali buoni, per contro invece un impermeabile bloctech si è sfatto dopo tre quattro anni.. (comunque che durava poco si capiva anche da quanto scritto in etichetta). A me piace molto. La pecca peggiore è usare ups per le consegne.

I recently purchased two jumpers from Uniqlo online. The delivery was fast, the items nicely packaged. Unfortunately one jumper was too large, and the other the colour did not suit me so I returned both and considered re-ordering in different size/ colour. The return process went well and I got my money back, BUT it cost me £2.95 which - my fault- I failed to notice is the standard return fee. So if I want to re-order a different size/ colour, it will cost me £2.95 delivery fee plus a £2.95 charge for a possible return, so almost £6 which is ridiculous. For those who say go to the shop to try things on before buying, Uniqlo have a handful of shops in the UK, none near me. So one star deducted for that and no further business from me.

I am a foreigner and live in Japan now and my sizes are only allowed to be purchased in its online store...However, I sometimes also get the wrong size and I have to return it but this really takes my time to wait for it back. I really hope that they have a special size sample in their physical store...

Recommend a size, which is huge on me despite being my size. Very hard to make a return as they invent an email for you. Have to pay for a return and will challenge this back. When try to reorder a smaller size charge me more for delivery. So you know what? It was first and last order.

What made my experience great at uniqlo was when i was looking for a particular t shirt that wasnt at my usual shopping spots. While i was there i approached a employee for help to find it. At first i expected the employee to just show a location and i would be on my way to that section. Instead, the employee also asked for specifics on what i needed on that tshirt like my size, what type of style i was going for and what type of material was on that shirt so i could be more specific with it
