Valyou Furniture Tracking Order Status

This review is for delivery and day one of owning the Feathers couch (will update down the road). Delivery was flawless, Cameron and Scott got this couch through my maze of an apartment complex, stairs and all, and had this couch in my living room in minutes. And we got to chat basketball at the same time. So far the couch is comfortable and really cute. For the price I think this was well worth it. Quality/longevity remains to be seen but so far so good. I had seen some things online about Valyou that made me hesitant from years prior, but after visiting the showroom downtown and talking with Stasi there, I felt reassured. I ordered online and since I live in LA, the warehouse was really close and had it delivered in days. I wasn’t able to pick a delivery date but my schedule was flexible. I got a three hour window and it was really accurate, even had tracking info. Living Spaces was going to take WEEKS. I am pleasantly surprised.

The customer service was awesome! We decided to change the orientation of our couch AFTER we ordered and they were able to switch it without any issues! We also had THEE nicest delivery guy ever! Fantastic experience, love our couch and will definitely purchase more items from them!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing furniture through Valyōu Furniture. We contacted customer service several times asking questions before purchasing our 200 inch U shaped couch. Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful! We felt confident purchasing our couch. Our delivery was within 2 weeks of purchase! Absolutely amazing! Our delivery was everything you would hope for plus. I plan on purchasing more furniture from Valyōu!! I loved every part of this purchase. The delivery run almost one hour late than estimated but it is ok for me, delivery guy named Elliot and his partner are all easy communicated and friendly for how to drop off the packages to my up floor. I ordered the L shape Feathers Sectional which work great for my living space, very comfortable and fell like sit in the clouds, love the beige color which matching out my living space!

I highly recommend Valyou furniture for all your home Furniture needs. They have great customer service skills but also great details on the product and great deals. The delivery men are amazing very fast at unloading and delivering but also very fast at building as well and they provide great customer service im in love with what I got for my home and I will be shopping more thank you valyou furniture and TEAM!
