verizon Tracking Order Status

False advertising. Before you purchase a MiFi internet do some research. States unlimited 5g. Nope. After 30mg slows to 4mg then to 3 mg. And if you no longer need...can not use as a trade in for a different product ...$500 is not cheap. Just a FYI

I always had it in my mind that Verizon was a premium product with the best coverage. After having been a customer, I'd say they are -- at best -- a decent alternative to T-Mobile and better than AT&T. Billing and customer service was largely far more complicated than it should be. Case in point, I just ported back to T-Mobile and am literally just trying to get my final bill and to pay it. They email me with a link that doesn't work...with alternative instructions that also don't work, then when you try and call in or chat after you're no longer an active customer their system basically explodes. After hitting every number on the phone and yelling customer service for 2 minutes -- against the will of it's automated system, it connected me with an agent. Who then told me I'd need to wait two weeks for a mailed copy of the bill (which is after the due date...so id pay a late fee), pay $5 for the bill, gave no path to actually pay the bill, but said I could call back in and try to get the $5 fee waived. Uh, what?

I've been with Verizon for several years. I upgraded. A couple. years ago. 2 A 5G phone from a 4G. And in the last 3 months I cannot get 5G all I can get is 4G. They're excuse is. That's the towers are over crowded since they got rid of the 3G. . My thought is why didn't they think of that before they got rid of 3G? I didn't get rid of my 4G phone to upgrade to a 5G phone. To have a 4G phone without choice. I am not the only one I know several people who are having the exact same problem. I think they need to get their act together. I pay a lot of money for one phone a $110 a month.

Decent service in most places but not everywhere. Charges keep increasing without the customers knowledge. Hidden fees that they "can't do anything about". Customer service is subpar. They aren't adding anything special or more features, half the time my phone is still having a hard time with service anyway. But they are definitely charging more than they should be. Not to mention paying full price for a phone in payments locks you in for 2 years, but you arent getting a discount on the phone at all. The network was better than att when I switched 10 years ago but now I'm not so sure. Once I pay my phone off I am switching to another carrier that is cheaper because I might as well not pay premium for the same service.

The Verizon service is fine but not as good as it use to be. 5G is great if I just happen to be in the exact spot where 5G is broadcasting. My biggest problem is the last 6 months I cannot get into my account to pay my bill. Verizon wants to "authenticate" and "verify" me multiple times but when I finally get in it says, "We're sorry. Something went wrong and the web page will not load. Please try again later." I was on the phone with tech support for over an hour and all he could offer is to delete my account and re-register with a new username and password. The next time I attempted to login, I encountered the same problem all over again. This isn't rocket science folks. People have been building good stable websites for years. Why can't Verizon fix this??
