Vertagear Tracking Order Status

I have been using Vertagear model SL6000 for 6 years now and I really can't understand all the bad reviews. I have tried countless chairs and honestly have given up hope to find a comfortable choice for myself. My spine is in a bad shape and SL6000 is the only product that have met my expectations. It's literally the most comfortable chair I have ever used. It has many various regulation options for optimal experience and, unlike others chairs I tried, is extremely durable. The customer service are the nicest and most helpful people. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I do not understand the bad reviews, Vertagear has amazing quality chairs for a decent price and AMAZING customer service quality, The metal inside my chair broke almost 2 years after buying it and they sent me a free chair bottom to replace my broken one without any negotiation, ill continue buying from them

Leaned back in my chair and metal inside snapped, support took a look at pictures and sent me replacement parts with no hassle. Great job

Wow. What an amazing chair! As someone who works from home and also enjoys playing PC games competitively hours on end, this chair is great. Has great ergonomic lumbar support that just feels comfortable. And the memory foam head cushion is my favourite part.. along side the overall looks of the chair! I’m a happy camper :)
