Victoria's Secret Tracking Order Status

I use to order tons of pink/vs outfits the sweats and pants combos the average 100$ unless there's a sale. I stopped about 3 years ago because I had so many. I just got a new set and it was horrible. The material was not listed in on the tag...I don't think it's cotton looks like something from Shein.

La dependienta me ha asesorado desde que he entrado por la puerta, me ha medido me ha facilitado varios modelos y ha estado pendiente de si necesitaba cambiar la talla en el probador. Se mostraba educada y alegre, preguntándome si necesitaba alguna cosa o haciéndome sugerencias.. La atención ha sido hoy en el turno de mañana no me he quedado con el nombre de la dependienta pero definitivamente ha marcado la diferencia y volveré a este establecimiento.

I attended the Trafford centre site on Friday, I am a wheelchair user. The staff on the floor were happy to help my teenage daughter. However, when I go to pay, the cash register with the lower counter for wheelchair users is never available as it always covered with stock. I have to use the higher counter, which is extremely difficult. To pay with my card means I have to lean forward and stretch my arm out to tap my card on the card machine. This action causes physical pain. The member of staff never offers the card machine to me, nor a smile and just stands there waiting for me to pay. I find this very disappointing, it feels like the staff taking one's funds shows no empathy as to how difficult this is for a wheelchair user. Why can't Victoria Secret ensure that the accessible counter is actually available. I have visited three times in the past month and each time this counter is loaded with stock and unusable. The other visits throughout the year I have seen said counter used to dump stock on. So I say to this company do better. If you provide something that will benefit disabled customers then please make sure it is available, don't make things harder for your disabled customers. If it is not available then at least have your staff help out by giving one the card machine and not be oblivious to your disabled customer's struggle. I visited numerous other shops, for example, both Kurt Geiger and Selfridges all made it so much easier to buy from them as a disabled person. Maybe take a page from their book.
