We-Vibe Tracking Order Status

We purchased the sync 2 for Christmas however just couldn’t get it to charge after a number of tries we upgraded to the jive but then had issues with the app, after nearly giving up I contacted we-vibe directly after seeing it takes between 5/8 days for a reply I wasn’t overly hopeful but they got in touch after just a day they where fabulous with the help and support given. It makes such a nice chance to receive good customer service. Thank you again

Love their products, awful customer service. Send an email on 27-11-23 to return an item, to the email a said on the paper included in the package. No response. Send a return request via their site form a week later. No response. Send an second email to the email stated on their website 12-12-23, automatic response that the received the email and would respond in 3-5 buisness days. No response. Buy their products somewhere else so that you can enjoy their products and have good customer service when needed. Edit: 04-02-2024 after their reply here I tried for the 4th time and they have solved the problem very quick.

Well i would give this a 5 star but since the latest update the app hasnt been the same. Everytime we both go online it shows we are offline so cant control each others toys. Chat hasnt worked since the update. So they got 3 stars which is pushing it right for not being able to have fun with my other half. Everytime i reported to We Vibe they said they needed what kind of phone we had what update on the phones we had and what update was on their app even after i sent pictures of the problems. Do not buy their product it will become a paper weight

The customer service was amazing, with my warranty problem and was sorted very quick no problems at all. I provided my receipt and the problem was sorted straight away. Would highly recommend anyone to use we vibe.

Mein We-Vibe Melt (mein absolutes Lieblingstoy) ist unerwartet nach einem Jahr kaputtgegangen, wurde mir aber dank der 2-jährigen Garantie innerhalb von einer Woche ersetzt. Der Kundenservice war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wieder bei We-Vibe bestellen, tolle Produkte und super Kundenservice. DANKE!
