I always receive the help I need to choose and order the wines I would like and the last time I called the person who helped me made a suggestion that I really loved and enjoyed the wine as my son who was visiting me the week I ordered specifically for his visit since he loves red wine. I gave him your number and will be ordering wine from your company

Consistently very good or great wines. We get all reds and the selections are varied and reasonably priced.

I would have given you 5 stars but one incident prevents me from doing it. I ordered a specific case of wine, but you send the wrong vintage year. This vintage is good but not a good as previous year. Since I live out in the country, I did not want to bother driving into town and trying to return it.

Over a period of about four years i have had great service and almost no hassles. I've never been pressured to buy and i've always been able to order the wines I want on my own timetable. The one screw-up I did have came over a case of wine that was to be delivered as a gift and was as much the fault of the delivery service as anyone. It was a long drawn-out affair getting thing straightened out. WSJ Wines has given me the opportunity to experiment and zero in on the wines I really like. Their prices may be a touch higher than other clubs but I've never been disappointed in the quality of the wines I've received.
