Zooplus UK Tracking Order Status

I've been a very happy customer for many years, but things seem to be going downhill. I placed an order last week, heard nothing for a couple of days, so I tracked the package and was told by Yodel to contact Zooplus. They said the parcel had been damaged and they'd create a new order. I asked them to do so asap as I needed the items, and two days later received a notification that Evri had received it. That was 5 days ago and Evri's website just says 'on its way' but it isn't yet out for delivery. Very disappointing. I've flagged this with customer support and hope they will sort it out. I decided to get my pet food delivered because I do not have a car and I am tired of having to make several journeys by foot to the supermarket. My cats are very fussy so they had the food that both my cats like. I tried cat treats as a one-off because of not being sure my cats would like them but they liked them more! So all these are on repeat. Very happy with the service and delivery was a couple of days later. I had no problems with Hermes/Evri. They would have got 5 stars except I buy Purina One dry cat food but I change the flavour because both cats go off the food if I buy the same every month but they are out of stock in the size I need (If I buy 3kg pack my flat would soon be overwhelmed with cat food). I alternate between chicken, turkey, and salmon 750/800g and I need about 2 a month so if you sold them then that would be perfect so I could order on repeat.

Made an order late at night on Wednesday 13th March, quickly realised I needed to amend my order, so cancelled it and reordered. The money was already taken from my account. It's almost Tuesday 19th March and I don't have my money back yet. First time I've ever had a website hold my money for so long! Edit: I finally got my money back on the morning of the 20th, almost 160 hours after my order. My bank (Chase) told me my funds would not have been released had I not chased Zooplus for transaction evidence/evidence it had been cancelled. Be careful your order is correct because they will hold onto your money for a while if you cancel!

Fantastic company for pet food. There’s so much choice and the prices are great and there’s always lots of offers on. I love the Zoopoints and often get free gifts because of these. Super quick delivery too. I’ve never had an issue with them and would 100% recommend.

After reading some of these reviews I feel I may have had a lucky escape. Site navigation was great. No issues there. So I placed an order for 3 items (cat food) and was happy about the price. Checkout was good, and order went through but the payment didn't get taken from my bank (as usually happens on other websites). An email came through stating that I need to transfer from my bank to zooplus'. This I did but my bank couldn't verify their bank. I could have proceeded if I wished, but the transaction would not be covered. At this point I stopped the transaction and cancelled my order. I went to another site which worked fine.
