1800 Battery – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I answered their add on indeed for Roadside battery technician about 2 weeks ago on on on a Monday they sent me a text to download their app so I did on Tuesday they sent me a job I did the job no problem I haven received how much am getting paid how am getting paid when am getting paid I called no one answered I text no one responded I emailed no on emailed back no one to talk to

The company does not deserve any star. The company took my money and never deliver the service. There was no contact. I called and none answered the phone. I used the chatbot on its website and no one came to chat. I emailed and there was no response. Do not use this company. It is a complete scam.

Scheduled battery replacement. Bought batteries….heard nothing. Next day I finally got a tech assigned. Tech said he was 10 mins away yet 1 hour later no tech, no call. Tech shows, installs the batteries then drags the old battery across my hood. Scratched the paint, this vehicle didn’t have a mark on it until now! Opened a case, it’s now been 3 days and I cannot get any info out of them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Didn’t show up on Thursday even after telling us they were running 2 hours behind. No customer service after late afternoon. Claimed tech was on his way to the warehouse, then couldn’t get battery. Canceled our order and refuse to refund our money. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t trust misleading reviews on their site, check Facebook, Texas BBB, etc before you give them your credit card. Surprised Visa doesn’t have a bunch of charge backs and hasn’t dropped them yet.

I called 1-800-battery to come to my home to change my dead battery. The service technician they sent was very knowledgeable. My car required extra work for him due to where my battery is positioned. I was completely satisfied with the service. Yes, the cost was more than if I had gone to a shop to get it done, but it was well worth it. I compare it to ordering groceries from Instacart. You pay a little extra for the convenience of services coming to you. The only improvement I’d recommend is for them to give an update on the original window of time. When booked it said 2 hours and 2 minutes and a technician would arrive. It took a little over 3 hours.
