I really didn’t want to leave. I love the time I worked out there. My only problem I have with planet fitness was parking lot area. It is not monitored enough it was people lurking around asking for money and acted very weird and it really bother me . I have joined and left planet fitness several times and this particular problem I say,” Has gotten worse!” It’s not only the Planet fitness parking lot it’s the entire plaza I was very uncomfortable and extra cautious when I go to that plaza because it’s like nobody is doing anything about the people lurking around asking for money etc. this is why I’ve left planet fitness has nothing to do with the excellent gym wonderful work out atmosphere and I was so impressed I was about to upgrade my membership until I had a encounter with a lurking in the parking lot.

First of all when I went in to sign up it took a bit to find my bank info. Josh was so helpful and patient. He explained so much to me. Every time I come back he remembers me by name. plus all the other staff are great as well. I've enjoyed the different machines. There are some I have not tried yet. Every thing is always clean. Tanning is great. I'm yet to have time for the total body enhancement and hydro bed. Will do that soon. Wish I had come here before.

The atmosphere and the equipment are great. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly the manager Zach. There is a great variety of equipment that works every part of a body. The app has many workout suggestions that I am experimenting with. I have been going twice a week for four weeks and I can already tell I am getting stronger. I am a 67 year old male. I go with my 66 year old wife. We are having fun and are adding a third day starting this coming week.

I notice staff always cleaning, filling up sanitizers, etc. this is always nice to see that the staff cares about cleanliness. I go to many different clubs as I work all over my city, (atl) so it’s always a plus to find a planet fitness near where I may be for the day. Some clubs are open 24 hrs which is great too! The only con so far is, I was told by staff, (norcross, ga location) the hydro massage/chair massages were not welcome for my guest to use. As a black card member I simply thought that wasn’t fair.

Planet fitness is an outstanding gym. It has great equipment. The restrooms and shower area are always clean and very nice up-to-date. The water is very clean and good the staff is nice. They have really nice amenities such as the tanning, the massages, the lockers I love it I wouldn’t ask for any other gym. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of the family

I have been a new member for about 2 weeks now and have absolutely fallen in love with Planet Fitness, Vineland. Staff is friendly, welcoming and the facility is super clean. They are always cleaning and/or tidying up.

I enjoy the laid back atmosphere. No pressure, no competition, work at the pace comfortable for me. Wide variety of options for all levels of workouts. I also enjoy the tanning and massage chairs. All around enjoyable experience for me!

Great place for everything really. However, the seats on the pull-down area of the cable columns are way to low and could be detrimental to those with lumbar issues. Proper ergonomics would prefer the knees not be higher than the hips for a seated exercise. These seats unlike all the other are not adjustable. Other than that I love the place, the price and 24 hour availability is great.

The friendliness and informativeness of the staff and members of Planet Fitness, along with availability of equipment usage and bright, fresh and clean environment is simply great and encouraging for repeated returns.

Mostly recently, I've been training at a home gym. It doesn't have enough equipment to make constant gains. Planet Fitness has everything I need to work all the muscle groups and cardio in one place. I've seriously sore after today's workout, which means my training was effective.
