I received these bathroom or any room deodorant sprays. I’m very happy with them. I didn’t expect to receive them. In fact, I don’t even remember ordering them. The one I really like is Rose Water & Ivy! Smells great & still subtle! Highly Recommended

I absolutely love bbw candles. I buy a bunch so when they don’t burn half way or 3/4 way down it’s really hard to be satisfied. I guess I can call bbw customer support but what can they do about it. I just want my money to be worth the product and when the candles stop burning it’s hard to be completely satisfied. What I do enjoy is the scent of the candles. When they do work they smell my whole house up.

I've been using Bath and Body for years now. Recently, the quality of body lotions for men has declined. I thought this was just me, or my body's chemistry had changed and it wasn't reacting well to the lotions. People started asking me what I was wearing because I smelled strange, and family members who use the lotions found that as soon as they applied it to themselves, they too could not smell it, or it didn't smell great... So, I went and used some old lotions from Bath and Body that I had found, and their smell lasted all day. Whereas with these new lotions, as soon as you apply them, the smell goes away. I get that the company wants to go more skin-friendly or whatever, but it's really killing the quality of the products. Maybe it's the specific smell I'm using (bourbon) or something else? And don't get me wrong, I love these guys, I've been a fan for years like I said, so I just want to smell the good old days of Bath and Body!

Love the products and great value! I've been using their products for years and I've never been disappointed! I use the lotions, soaps, fragrances, candles, body wash, everything! My husband laughed at all the products I bought, until I bought him the "ocean" scent lotion and body wash. Now he's a fan!

I usually had good experience dealing with these guys but last week my package got stolen. When I reached out I got dirt poor service and they won’t do anything about it. Pretty upset!

I have been purchasing the Wallflowers for some time and I do love the smell. I plugged one in under a kitchen cupboard and one under a kitchen shelf. I dropped something and when I bent down to pick it up I noticed the light under my cupboard looked wet. I put my hand on the light and it was soaked! It was the liquid from the Wallflower! I went over to the shelf and looked under it and sure enough, that was soaked too! The shelf is ruined and I cannot get the liquid off. I wish they had told me not to install it in a plug under anything. Last week I also noticed the liquid dripped all over an area on my countertop so I am now putting paper towels under the Wallflower.

I ordered on October 5th on the bath and body works Netherlands onlineshop and I had a good experience. Today, on October 10th I’ve received my parcel. Note that I live in Germany. All products were in an amazing condition. The only thing I think is a bit odd is, that they stuffed the empty room in my parcel with an old wrapping foil. At least it seems like it did. it’s job - protecting my products.

Really disappointed with how my package was shipped. I ordered a candle, body wash, and wallflower for my mom's birthday. I recieved the package on time with the correct items, but the wallflower was ripped open and the candle had some oil spilled all over the outside of it's box. This was a gift and it looks disappointing because they didn't put any care into packing the order. A nice bath shop opened in my own town, so I may start shopping there if this is the kind of care B&B employees have.

I love bath and body works I just hate that I can't cancel an online order...like now I'm having to wait on an order I decided I didnt want (my 2nd order in 2days) but then realized I couldn't that I had to wait until it was sent to me then send it back...that just seems like a lot to do when I could just cancel it before it's even fulfilled...
