I have recently started using eBay for selling items, so I discovered the other side of the coin and it is a bleak one. I have been a customer for years and never had issues,eBay sells some items/categories which Amazon does not have, also lots of bargains, bids and second-hand items too. I sincerely never had a bad experience as a buyer and saved some money than buying on the high street. BUT now as a seller, I have a very different opinion on the platform. The amount of money Ebay takes per sale is ridiculous and they take a percentage on the delivery cost too which we as sellers have to pay to send the item! Also, lots of unreliable buyers. They win bids and they do not pay, they send you an offer and you accept and the item gets taken out like it is sold but the buyer ends up not paying after some days and you still have to wait days to relist! So you are actually wasting lots of time/money when a seller blocks an item and does not pay, Ebay should definitely do more to protect the sellers from scams and reduce the extortionate selling costs.
Ugh! I got nothing to say because I m so sick of it. They suspended your account for no reason. My mom's account, my dad's account my brother 's my cousin's. My cousin's husband's. A lot of time my family think Amazon may send workers come to pretend to work for Ebay and f them up. Now I understand why your stock went from 72 dollars to 36 dollars

The ebay user experience via browser is not user friendly, they have removed the classic view as well. It is not possible to see saved searches new listings only in a list format and everything is just clunky compared to earlier versions. I personally have mostly stopped using ebay for those reasons.
Their order management system is terrible. I ordered two items in the same order. None arrived and the seller only refunded me one. However, after the Seller stopped responding, Ebay customer service could not open a claim (system issue). So, in spite of Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, they told me to go back to the seller as they could not open a claim. I should then report the seller. Result - no product and no refund. Without a trustworthy assurance for refunds when buying, Ebay is no longer relevant.

I was frauded by some seller, I got fake item, I lost lot of money, this is not secure selling web at all. I was highly disappointed. But as ebay promises to protect buyer, I got my money back (whole amount) within few hours after discovering I was tricked. Thank you a lot for your job ebay.
