Prompt Customer Service!

I ordered a parcel from amazon on Sept 8 that shipped on Sept 9 to Canada, with a delivery date of Sept 15. However all their tracking says is that the data was received. It is now Sept 13, still only saying data received. It is impossible to contact anyone to find out where my $465 order is. All amazon will say is that the parcel is with the courier. Shameful service! LTN261779429 EDIT 09/18/23 Landmark helped me out throughout the 5 days of fighting with Amazon. This issue was a nightmare and Amazon finally owned up to the shameful service. The problem was NOT due to Landmark, and I have upgraded my rating to accurately reflect on their great service.
