HSN Tracking Order Status

HSN has been a better experience for me. I read some of the reviews. I have only had problems with electronics from them. Now to be fair not all electronics. The Bose speaker I ordered works with only minor problems. The tablet and phone charger jump starter, I do not recommend. The tablet never holds a charge and will not stay connected to the internet. The headphones that came with it are dollar store quality. It has a keyboard I cannot use because the screen will not rotate. The volume is very low. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this device. The jump stater is useless. I spent hundreds of dollars on these devices. The Bose speaker isn't perfect the volume likes to climb really high when I change channels. I have paid off all these devices but just want to let others know it is, buy at your own risk with electronics. I cannot put an exact date on the problems mentioned because they are ongoing.

False claims on product purchased

I ordered a duster to take on my trip and never received it. Called to cancel the order because it's been over 14 days and the tracking information says it's waiting authorization whatever that means. I was told they can't cancel it because it's not considered lost. Well it's not with me. WTH!

I've been an HSN customer for around 6 years, maybe a little longer. HSN has one of the best return policies out of any business I have ever shopped with. If you have the HSN credit card you can put a lot of items on up to 6 flexpays. I purchase mostly clothing, cookware and home improvement items. My experience with their customer service representatives have always been positive. Their jewelry is ok, but now that Michael Valitutti is on the network I will be buying more jewelry from them. I have an entire jewelry box of his pieces.

I’ve been an HSN customer for 30 years and love it! I’d recently been blocked from using the site/ app and it took multiple phone calls but finally landed at HSN collections. A wonderful woman named Jennifer took the time .. and it did take time… to fully investigate which turned out to be a mistake! I can’t thank you enough Jennifer! You are wonderful!

HSN offers many needed products, from old favorites and new sustainable products. Always happy with what I purchase, if not there is a 30-day return policy. My experiences have been 5 stars. Thank You HSN

Living in rural America, my options to buy anything were very limited. Luckily, I found HSN on the TV decades ago. I found fashion trends and things that fit properly. I tried skin treatments and various makeup brands. All were totally fully refunded if they didn't work out within a month, more at holiday time. Even the shipping costs to me were refunded at HSN if an item was returned. It made living in the country feel like I was in touch with some semblance of what was going on in fashion and skincare. I currently only use hsn.com because I'm too open to their influence because their TV personalities are quite convincing. Basically I check in for the daily special and I have alerts for my favorite brands as a heads up for when they will appear on sale. Their customer service is good and when there are errors, they make it right. There is no perfection but I find their business model and the way they implement it are quite good.
