I had already placed 3 separate orders with American Eagle then read the Trustpilot reviews. Had I visited this site first I would never have bought anything and missed out on 6 pairs of great fitting and reasonably priced jeans. I even returned 2 pairs of jeans in order to exchange for a different size and received a full refund without any issues. I can only speak from my own experience when I say that I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Update - 01-02-22 After initially posting a review about my hassle free experience with AEO I feel it only right to include the following information. It’s true that all of the items I ordered are great and all of the transactions were without incident. The issue arose while trying to retrieve my refund. The company emailed to say they’d received my returned items and that I’d be refunded, that was on 18/01/22. As of today, my money has failed to appear and AEO’s excuse is simply that the system failed. I wasn’t contacted to be told this, the information was shared on the back of my enquiry. I have now given AEO 7 business days to refund me before I contact my bank’s fraud team and Trading Standards. Come on AEO, this is not the way to treat customers!! Especially returning ones (who won’t return EVER again).

Brilliant delivery. I was ordering very late monday night, actually tuesday 2 pair of jeans and some shirts. I am so impressed - now wednesday before 3 pm the package was delivered personal by DHL, to my home in a small norwegian city! Continiously updated on email. Brilliant AE - I will continue shopping at your netshop!

Customer service is not bad. However, they charge their customers for shipping returns even though their stores are closed and customers don't have other options. Also, after paying for shipping to return my items, I contacted customer service and was informed by one of their customer service representatives that they offer pre-paid shipping labels. I had spoken to a customer service representative about shipping fees right before shipping mine out and she failed to mention to me that they in fact offer pre-paid return slips. As a loyal customer who has been shopping there for years, like many of you reading this, it is disappointing. Make sure to ask for a pre-paid return slip before shipping out to AE.

2 Jeanshosen online bestellt, 1x für mich eine als Weihnachtsgeschenk. Ware kam schnell an, Lieferverolgung hat geklappt. Leider ist bei der verschenkten Jeans der Reißverschluss bei der Anprobe kaputt gegangen - die Hose hat super gepasst, aber er harkte schon beim öffnen vor dem anziehen und beim schließen ging er dann kaputt. Ich habe 2 Mails geschickt die nicht beantwortet wurden, es gab gar keine reaktion. Schade denn die Qualität der Jeanshosen ist eigentlich super, nun werde ich doch kein Stammkunde.

The staff is consistently so friendly and welcoming. Super attentive and helpful. Gabby at Spotsylvania Mall location was my AE rep and she was so patient and helpful she heard me say to my friend that I was looking for something and she came right over to help me find it. She informed us of all of the sales and deals. Told us about the different kinds of jeans that we were looking at and was overall a perfect ae rep. She also noticed my military ID as I was getting my card to pay and made sure I didn’t miss out on the military discount. She was comparable to a model Chick Fil A employee and I don’t say that lightly.

I've been purchasing stuff from them for the past four years never had an issue with a return never had an issue with anything I purchased if I ordered the right size it all fit fine anytime I can contact customer support I got a straight answer and these times I don't find it unusual for to take more than a day for a response This is the only place I can actually find pants that fit and clothes that doesn't fall off yet or look like a rag one of my favorite places to buy clothing

I made a order on the 18th of June and today I've received my package, It only took a week from the US to Italy, I didn't have to pay taxes or duties, I was worried about It! I'm so satisfied with my order, I'm going to buy again! I'm not giving 5 stars because I wrote to the client service last week and I haven't received an answer yet!
