Absolutely love my Canada post provider , Richard. I live in the guildwood area in Scarborough. This man goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Feel so blessed because those before him just didn’t care . He truly does ❤️ Thank you Richard!

canada post customer service is one of the nicest people I have spoken to ever!!!! even nicer then banks or some of the customer services that should be nice to their clients. I like to thank the manager Sherri and the customer service representative Fiona for helping me find my very important documents,which was taken by Egypt consulate and wasn't returned. thank you thank you thank you thank you

In today's date and age, we have to be cautious of everything we send and we really can't hold one specific person accountable most of the time. So it was nice to know that when a package doesn't show up when it supposed to that. I feel like people care about that that i'm not bothering them because i'm anxious about it, But they treat me like a human. Like a person that they're concerned about. And I gotta be honest. My recent couple dealings with customer service for Canada posed has been absolutely amazing. And I'm a critic. Trust me even though I still didn't have my package. By the end of the calls they were. So welcoming and made me feel like they were really interested in helping me. That didn't even matter. Because I just appreciated that somebody in this world gave a $#@%^^
