I received a picture frame I ordered online and it was damaged when I opened it. There was a big chip in the corner of the wood. I called their customer service line and it was super easy to get a replacement for free! The person I talked to was very helpful. I don’t even have to send the damaged one back which is awesome.

It started out with a young lady, did not get her name stating what I was looking for was over there and that would be her guess however, John walked around to at least try to assist me and at the end Julieth came over and put me to register. I am a customer service manager. I just feel that some people just need training. If they don’t know they don’t do. Just FYI for owners it’s OK to have people on the floor but if they are not trained it’s nonexistent. This is hobby lobby, route 1 iselin

Store in Keene NH just opened so I checked it out. None of the aisles are numbered or have a list of items in them. Floundered around for a long time trying to find what I wanted. The few employees were busy trying to help other customers find stuff. Check out was awful, nothing scans, the clerk had to manually input everything I bought and she had to keep looking at a sheet of paper for codes. Generic receipt with no descriptions of the items. It only states 'ARTS AND CRAFTS' $2,99 don't know how I could tell if I was overcharged for anything. Won't shop there again, prices higher than Michaels.

My expierences at Hobby Lobby are amazing! Every two weeks their products go on sale, and they are around 50% off! The vast majority of their products are good quality.

Hobby Lobby online I have had a wonderful experience with HOBBY LOBBYonline. I could probably spend hours shopping in store because I utilize Arts and Crafts as a creative outlet. What I found dynamic about the online ability to purchase is some very important products they sell in bulk at a very good price. Wood working projects and why I chose to search their online store in the first place. The wooden crates in abundance are sometimes bulky and become heavy and the way they shipped them to me was genius. The packaging and bubble wrap ensured no damage to my products. That is special. Not only did I not have to haul the load home, because of direct delivery, the items were on discount sale price and in stocks. Wonderful experience with them so much so, I can reuse the bubble wrap and sheets of paper packing, awesome!

I love this place ❤️ I'm In a wheelchair ♿️ & you have plenty of room to turn around and I just love all the choices you can make I stay hours there at the least I try to. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't get the ride around travel in the bathroom unless I switched back to my wheelchair that would been a issue so I had to leave.the check out counter little lady was so sweet & helpful too.i still love ❤️ this store.

I went to find stencils for a project and I wanted a bit fancier ones than just your everyday simple ones. Not only did they have many choices but in various sizes as well. Both letters and numbers too!! It took a minute to find exactly what I wanted however they actually had them. The lady at the register was totally amazing and friendly. She was all smiles and helpful when my American Express did it's random security decline, where I have to run my card a second time. She just politely asked me to run it again and would I add the last 4 of my card number. She was so kind and non judgemental. I was grateful. Most places announce loudly that your card was declined and act like your trash and she was the furthest thing from that! She deserves a raise!!!

The shipping rates seem quite inflated compared to other hobby stores. The prices on my items were very good so it actually balances out. My items arrived on time and actually earlier than quoted. I don't care to drive so appreciate the shipping convenience

I needed some artificial plants/bushes and the Michael's store didn't allow single quantity purchases so I went on Hobby Lobby. For just a few stems/bushes of fake plants, they charged me $10 for shipping then another $5 for a "surcharge" on shipping. Extremely high shipping rates. I shopped on Hobby Lobby online years ago and don't remember it being this expensive. If you want small items, shop elsewhere. They use Fedex to ship and since I paid so much, I thought it would be fast but it's not. If other retailers could do $5.95 or not charge $15 for shipping, then why can't Hobby Lobby? While I could understand this might not be their fault, they need to think of it from a customer's point of view. If I didn't need these items, I would never order online at Hobby Lobby.

Just bought a new cricut and really needed help with acessories and they came through for me. Gave me enough info to help someone looking for the same thing.
