I recently bought 3 small bags from AliExpress. I wasn’t sure what to expect because they were so cheap. I am thrilled with the bags that arrived. Not all for me, and my friends loved theirs too.. They arrived on time. Thank you AliExpress.

Many people who use this site have a complaint. I want to add a little balance. This was my first time using Aliexpress. I live in Thailand so use Lazada, Shopee and E Bay. While surfing the web I accidentally found an ad for an item that was 2000 thb on Lazada. Exact same item on Aliexpress was 600 thb. I was nervous to use them but the savings was too great. They tell you up front that it could take up to 45 days for delivery because they use a different supply system. My item came in only 16 days. Far ahead of the projected delivery date. They also kept me posted on the status via email every few days. The item was exactly as presented and complete. Though I am wary of all online purchasing I would not hesitate to use Aliexpress again.

Don't give up your phone number. I did a few weeks ago, and since then i've had chinese phone calls, and phishing texts - neither of which i'd ever had before. Two stars though, as purchase seems ok, and arrived on time.

This seller delivered exactly what he advertised and was always helpful and patient with my questions. I trust this seller and would highly recommend them. I intend to do business with this seller again in the future.

Had a problem and the seller dealt with it is a timely matter and shipped a replacement. Unlike most sellers on AliExpress who never get back to you. This seller knows what customer service is all about.

Ali Express is now my favorite online shopping place. Shipping is way faster than it used to be years ago, great reliable service with fast responce, highly secure and good an honnest prices. Highly recommend ! Mike Pilon, Canada

With its user-friendly interface and secure payment methods, the platform has quickly gained traction, becoming a popular choice for budget-conscious shoppers seeking unique and affordable items.
Wide Range of Products and Sellers
One of AliExpress's most significant advantages is its extensive selection of products, ranging from fashion and beauty to electronics and home goods. The platform features millions of items from various sellers, ensuring that customers have plenty of options to choose from. This vast assortment of products enables shoppers to find unique items that may not be available in local stores.

With sellers located worldwide, AliExpress offers several shipping options to cater to customers' needs. From standard postal services to expedited courier options, the platform provides a variety of choices to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination but typically range from 15 to 60 days for most countries.
The Importance of Package Tracking
Given the global nature of AliExpress and the sheer volume of orders processed daily, package tracking is a critical aspect of the shopping experience. Tracking allows customers to monitor their order's progress, providing peace of mind and ensuring that they stay informed about any potential delays or issues. Here are some key reasons why package tracking is essential for a seamless AliExpress experience:
- Transparency: Package tracking offers transparency, allowing customers to see the real-time status of their order, from the moment it leaves the supplier to its arrival at their doorstep.
- Anticipating Delays: By monitoring their package's progress, customers can anticipate any delays and adjust their plans accordingly.
- Preventing Lost Packages: Package tracking helps identify issues early on, such as a package that has been stuck in transit for an extended period. This information enables customers to contact the seller or the shipping company to address any problems and prevent the package from being lost.
- Proof of Delivery: Tracking provides proof of delivery, ensuring that customers have evidence of their package's arrival in case of disputes or discrepancies with the seller.
How to Track Your AliExpress Package
AliExpress makes it easy for customers to track their packages through their account. After logging in, navigate to the "My Orders" section, where you'll find your order's tracking number, current status, and estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the AliExpress website or the courier's official website.
Third-Party Tracking Services
In addition to tracking your package through the AliExpress website or the courier's official site, there are third-party tracking services available to help you monitor your order. Websites like 17track.net (Track 17) and Parcelsapp (Parcelapp) offer comprehensive tracking services that support multiple couriers and postal services. These platforms can be especially useful for tracking international shipments or consolidating tracking information from different carriers.

Understanding AliExpress Tracking Numbers
AliExpress has become a go-to destination for millions of shoppers worldwide, offering a wide range of products at competitive prices. As a customer, knowing how to track your orders is essential for a seamless shopping experience. In this article, we will explore what an AliExpress tracking number is, how it differs from the order number, and why understanding the distinction is crucial for online shoppers.
AliExpress Tracking Numbers: Unraveling the Mystery
A tracking number is a unique code assigned to each package shipped through AliExpress. This alphanumeric code allows both the buyer and the seller to monitor the package's progress throughout the delivery process. By providing real-time updates on the shipment's location and status, the tracking number ensures transparency and helps customers anticipate any potential delays or issues.
AliExpress Order Numbers: What Sets Them Apart?
At first glance, tracking numbers and order numbers might seem similar, but they serve different purposes. Here's a quick breakdown of their distinct roles:
- AliExpress Tracking Number: The tracking number is generated when a package is shipped and is used to monitor its progress during transit. This code is the primary means of keeping tabs on your shipment and is often shared with the courier or shipping company responsible for the delivery.
- AliExpress Order Number: The order number is a unique identifier created when you place an order on AliExpress. This number helps both you and the seller manage and reference the transaction within the platform, ensuring efficient communication and record-keeping.

- Tracking Progress: Understanding which number to use when tracking your package is vital for staying informed about its progress. Using the tracking number ensures that you receive accurate, real-time updates on your shipment.

- Additional Services: UPS Ground and UPS Overnight provide more options for additional services, such as signature confirmation and delivery intercept.
Choosing the Right Shipping Option

- Cost: If cost is a primary concern, consider using Priority Mail or UPS Ground for affordable shipping rates.
- Package Size and Weight: For smaller packages, Priority Mail's flat rate pricing can be advantageous. For larger or heavier packages, UPS Ground may be more cost-effective.
- Insurance Coverage: If your package contains valuable items, consider using a service with higher insurance coverage, such as UPS Ground or UPS Overnight.
- Additional Services: If you require extra services like signature confirmation or delivery intercept, UPS Ground or UPS Overnight may be more suitable.
Understanding the different mail and shipping options available is essential when sending packages or letters. Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Overnight each offer distinct features and benefits, making them suitable for various shipping needs.
By considering factors such as delivery speed, cost, package size and weight, insurance coverage, and additional services, you can choose the right shipping option for your needs.
