Dell Tracking Order Status

I ordered a Dell G5 Gaming Desktop in 2021 through their installment plan. The sales agent gave me ad ons such as premium support along with other ad-ons like free shipping. There was a power surge and my power supply was fried, they replaced it brand new, had a tech come to my house and everything. The Computer is running smooth to this day and it's been 2 years. It doesn't make noise and you can customize the lighting. I wll say that the alienware software used to control the lighting does suck as it always messes up depending on the settings your running for it. All in all, a good experience and would buy another gaming desktop/parts with them. It's only 4 stars because two of the salesman were a-holes in the beginig and the third one was average.

Many times i have experienced and also long term use of Dell XPS line is sub-par quality in their build such as rubber pads and finishing (barely last 2 years at best), the sound METAL GRILL easy chips and you will find more issues on software lack of optimization or so. Overall, it is good in design, but with the amount of teething issues, money you spend for such premium & you can find in dell xps forum and as a user myself, i can tell you it's pretty disappointing. The main issues is the rubber coating on top of the carbon design looking surface of the laptop, it will not last and it will start to degrade in 2 years time.

The computer works good. I’m just running out of space. I got the Dell Inspiron. The problem is I got it in 2020 and the outside silver cover of the monitor has already peeled off in several places. I purchased a custom made Dell outside cover on a different Dell in 2005 that was purple and plastic so I thought I’d be fine with the factory original outside cover. I don’t like it now. It looks old. Should not be peeling already! How can you help me? I have a picture to submit as well. Also please, how can I get more space to save docs and such? Dell please advise.

Best laptops in the world, the best brand in the world. Bought Dell XPS a few days back, it's an amazing brand with amazingly good design.

They have great computers, but poorly designed and greatly outsourced customer support. I am not satisfied with the inherently unresponsive and categorically inconvenient system of customer care that has been designed by those at Dell who are responsible for making such decisions. Their abhorrent lack of empathy or concern for their consumers is disappointing to say the least.

I must say that Dell has the best customer service. They go above and beyond. I have had issues and I had to call on Saturday because that is when I noticed the problem. Our electric has been out, so I didn't get to call today (Monday) to talk to the customer service team to resolve the issue. Anyway, the person that I spoke to on Saturday has been trying to contact me to see if the issue has been resolved. The voicemail of the person calling back to ask if it had been resolved just made my day!

The worst technical support for any company I have ever encountered. After the 2nd call I finally reached someone who was willing to help me. He did respond with a email and helped resolve my problem.

Their U series LCD displays are the best in town. They have a perfect steady picture with no flickering - NO PWM like most cheap monitors. I had an old CLF display that i replaced and oh boy - this one rocks!

Dell rewards - Check the 'small print!' Having redeemed £150 worth of Dell reward points, i expected to spend it on £150 of Dell items. But no. The basket needs to have a minimum of £100 left in it after you redeem the points. So to use £150 worth of points, you need to spend at least £250. I only need to spend £190. So, I've lost my points, and Dell has lost a sale. (which I don't suppose they care about because I wanted to use points.) Yes, this was in the T&C, but who reads those? It should be on the front page of the Dell Rewards website. It's disingenuous at best that it's not. A poor customer experience from Dell, and not for the first time since I purchased a £2k desktop

I recently purchased a Dell computer for my home office and I am disappointed with the overall quality. The machine is clunky and slow, often taking several minutes to boot up. Additionally, the customer service is lacking - it took many attempts to get in contact with them and they ultimately were unable to resolve my issues. In short, I don't recommend buying Dell computers if you're looking for a reliable machine or helpful customer service.
