Great food, great service at Winter Park. There's always a wait. For 2 people it was 30 min on Sunday evening.

My wife and I celebrated her retirement at the Houston Galleria Cheesecake Factory store#0013, and we were blown away by the service, from our seater who accommodated our switching tables with grace, and our servers which consisted of a lead server named Shamaee (Shamazing) and trainee named Xavier. They were the epitome of friendly professional and 5-Star service all wrapped in one. For us we were needing big personality and graceful attentive service and this team delivered. We wanted for nothing, and they were present but not obtrusive. By the way, Shamaee song a few notes of Whitney and she has an amazing voice. Xavier added some bread in our leftover bag. We couldn't help but tip 30% because what we experienced was an anomaly. I observed how this team approached a neighboring table where the dynamics were a bit different. I believe they spoke a foreign language including English. They were older parents of two teenage girls and the interaction was different but equally as service oriented. This takes skill, and selfless attitudes. The next day I called in to compliment them and spoke to the assistant GM, Ivan Ingram and he was so appreciative of my feedback. Most of the people we encountered gave us eye contact even though they weren't serving us with the exception of some what looked to be busboys. We live between the Sugarland location and the Houston Galleria location and Houston hands down has the better service.

Two weeks ago, friends and I went to Cheesecake factory and waited an hour before being seated and placing our orders. When the food arrived it had been an hour and a half, so a couple of us decided to take our meal as a carry out. I left a cash tip but was also charged a tip on my credit card receipt. When I contacted the manager I was told my card would not be charged, however, the next day I looked on my account and it was charged. I've called twice again since then and each manager told me the charge would be removed. As of today my credit card is still charged for the tip.

We had a fun at the factory. Nat was knowledgeable of the menu and give good advice to the food that we may like. His personality was very calming and had good timing as to not interfere with the meal between my wife and me.

My name is Julian my experience this past Saturday at cheesecake factory Opry mills. At 11:30 I find a seat at the bar. The bartenders it was a female and a male they greet me right away. Very kind and professional offer me a drink or brunch I was very excited because it is a new restaurant. This guy is a professional. And the food was awesome Beautiful plate. Very clean my chicken salad was amazing and also the bartender recommended the Mexican soup with chicken what can I say it was delicious. I have been in restaurant industry over 20 years The culture and the attitude of the servers in the managers are like your neighborhood restaurant they are professional and very kind and they were extra mile to do something for you if you ask thank you guys thank you t cheesecake family. I would definitely come back.

Their location in the heart of Seattle is very easy to locate due to the huge sign and unique architecture of the building with a Grand entrance. I really loved the looks and fanciful design of my order. And the tastiness was just fantastic as was the portion size. I had great service workers and totally enjoyed my first experience with “The Cheesecake Factory. I for sure give my experience a 5-Star Rating.

We came to the Woodbridge location this past Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We got there at 3:30 and were told there was an hour wait, so we went to the bar. Well the wait was way over the hour mark - closer to 1 1/2 hours. But we persevered. When we were seated the server I think was overwhelmed with our large group (9 of us) but he did his best. My daughter told them it was my birthday and they kindly brought out some ice cream with a candle but BEFORE we even got our dinner. We were there for almost 3 hours! Also when I went online to try to make reservations it states you can only make reservations for parties of 6 or less, so for a larger group you just have to come in and wait. That seems backwards for me - large groups can't be accommodated as easily as small ones, so why that ridiculous rule? I have been coming to this venue for my birthday every year since they opened, but no more. This was my last birthday dinner at this restaurant.
